How It Works

1. Order Placement: Place your prescription order with your doctor or via the NHS App or website.

2. Eligibility Check: Speak to a member of our pharmacy team to see if you qualify for our delivery service.

3. Delivery Process: Once our pharmacy team safely prepares your prescription, we will arrange delivery to your specified address. Please note that while we cannot specify delivery dates or times, a signature will be required upon receipt.

Service Limitations

Unfortunately, our delivery service has limited capacity and is not available to everyone. If you do not qualify for home deliveries through your local Ascent Pharmacy, you may consider our Mail Order service.
