Service Details
When you collect your new prescription medicine, our pharmacist will discuss any queries you have about the medication and provide advice on healthy lifestyles if needed. Research shows that the first few weeks of starting a new medicine are crucial for ensuring you adhere to the prescribed treatment. Early intervention in addressing concerns or issues has been proven to enhance adherence and improve long-term outcomes for patients.
Consultation Process
Within one to two weeks of starting your new medication, our pharmacist will contact you, typically by phone, to review how you are getting on. During this consultation, they will assess your understanding of the medication, its importance, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
After a further two weeks, our pharmacist will follow up again to ensure everything is going smoothly before concluding the service.

Whether you have concerns about new or existing medications for any condition, our pharmacists are available at any time to provide support and advice. Your health and well-being are our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you receive the best possible care.
